It is my goal as a therapist to walk alongside clients by meeting them where they are, seeking to give them a voice and a safe space to be heard, as I support them in pursuit of their goals and aspirations. I seek to achieve this with my clients through evidenced-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Strengths-Based Perspective, among other techniques. I enjoy providing faith-based services to those requesting it, and specialize in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, PTSD/trauma, ADHD, and Bipolar Disorder.
I have experience working with many different populations having provided individual therapy, group therapy, and intake assessments. I am passionate about working with adult men and women of all backgrounds, and value the opportunity to connect with each client and partner in their unique journey towards growth and achievement of their goals.
I graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis with a Masters in Social Work in 2025, and have been serving the local community as an LSW since. I am accepting new clients for both in person and telehealth services.
