Virtual/Telehealth and In-Person Sessions Available - EMDR Trained - Everyone has a future, and everyone should feel confident, safe, and empowered as they approach their future. Life transitions happen to everyone, whether that be a child transitioning schools or managing ever-changing emotions, or an individual who is facing a hardship within their life. These experiences do not need to be processed and encountered alone. With four years of clinical experience, I specialize in exploring, processing, and encouraging growth with developmental, behavioral, and emotional challenges and concerns.

Utilizing trauma-informed and scientifically-supported therapeutic approaches (play therapy, narrative therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy with children; Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Existential, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapies with adults), I support individuals in discovering their full potential. EMDR is also offered at client’s request!
