As a licensed psychologist, I take great pride in helping clients break free from these cycles—especially when insight alone isn't enough. My specialty is treating attachment issues, suppressed anger, low self-esteem, depression, and recurring relationship concerns that often lead to shame, anger, and fear. I draw from Jungian, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches, integrating Christian faith and Evidence-Based Practice as the foundation of my work.

As you gain insight into the root causes of your concerns, we’ll work together on shadow work and develop adaptive coping strategies, leading to greater fulfillment and a renewed sense of purpose.
