You don't have to keep struggling alone. Many of my clients feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where they can better understand themselves, build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with their values. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, confident, and equipped to navigate life's challenges.
I specialize in therapy for anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions in adolescents and young adults. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help clients build coping skills, improve self-awareness, manage difficult emotions, and create lasting, meaningful change.
It can be exhausting to carry anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional struggles on your own. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and explore new ways of moving forward. Whether you're facing challenges with your mental health, relationships, or sense of self, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
