Parenting is a veritable obstacle course of questions, confusion and worry. For almost twenty years I have helped parents like you navigate these obstacles, and learn to better connect with their children. Therapy with me is like a gymnasium where we explore and wrestle with your inner conflicts and "stuck" feelings around parenting. We work as partners toward a greater understanding of yourself and your child.
I am passionate about the importance of the parent-child relationship as a foundation for your child's life. Through our work you can learn to tune into your own intuitive wisdom and curiosity about your child, and parent from that unique space.
I stay up to date on the latest research regarding childhood, including neurological and emotional development, and the latest research on parenthood. My greatest learning, however, comes from the work I do with families like yours.
