About
Hello, I'm glad you found me! I’m a master’s level Couples and Family Therapist with specialized training in family system dynamics and sex therapy. I work with adults ages 22+ in the context of individual, couples, and family therapy. My passion is helping my clients overcome obstacles and realize their innate strengths. As a creative at heart, I bring imagination to sessions which makes therapy more experiential. Since I believe that presence is a major aspect if healing, I also offers mindfulness exercises in sessions periodically. A special interest of mine is using the mind-body connection to facilitate healing.
My areas of expertise include working with anxiety, depression, meaning making after loss, finding emotional balance, building a strong sense of self, and discovering spirituality outside of religion. I also specializes in helping couples get unstuck from negative communication patterns, establish a stronger emotional connection, and create more intimacy.
It’s such a beautiful gift to accompany you on your healing journey. Above all, I seek to make you feel safe, supported, and empowered. I delight in helping my clients find their authenticity, tap into their core values, and develop a stronger sense of self-trust. From that place, the possibilities for healing are limitless.
