I offer phone/online sessions. At times in each of our lives we are faced with difficult experiences which feel overwhelming. Whether it is difficulties with relationships, or problems related to your career. As each person is unique and each situation is unique I do not have a cookie cutter approach to counseling. My approach to counseling is client-focused and direct. I offer a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental place for clients to explore their emotions.
We will work collaboratively as a team to set realistic goals for self improvement. It is my goal as a therapist to assist in empowering each of my clients to develop the skills they need to ultimately become their own "counselor".
