Whether you are a parent looking to support your teenager burnt out by the demands of school, a young adult anxious about their future, or a new parent navigating the next chapter of their lives, I offer empathetic support and trauma-informed tools to manage responses to life's many difficulties. I have a special interest helping teenagers navigate the ups and downs of adolescence, young adults working through "stuckness" within their relationships and careers, and survivors of trauma.
I provide empathetic, evidence-based counseling treatments such as Trauma-Focused CBT & solution-focused brief therapy to reduce difficult emotions interfering with daily life. I specialize in helping teens learn coping skills and emotional regulation, and have a speciality working with survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence and childhood trauma.
