Are you the parent of a stressed out, anxious teenager? A 20 or 30-something looking to break negative thinking patterns and get a better handle on your mental well-being? I have a special interest helping teenagers navigate the ups and downs of adolescence, young adults working through "stuckness" within their relationships, families and careers, and survivors of trauma.
I provide empathetic, evidence-based counseling treatments such as Trauma-Focused CBT & solution-focused brief therapy to reduce difficult emotions interfering with daily life. I specialize in helping teens learn coping skills and emotional regulation, and have a speciality working with survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence and childhood trauma.
