About
Now more than ever, people need access to quality mental health care. The lasting trauma of the pandemic has wreaked havoc on our daily routines, and managing so much loss of normalcy can be overwhelming. If you are feeling fatigued, depressed, or languishing about the future, you are not alone. Whether you are a teenager burnt out by the demands of school, a young adult anxious about their future, or a new parent navigating the next chapter of their lives, I'm here to listen, support, and help.
I provide empathetic, evidence-based counseling treatments such as CBT and solution-focused brief therapy to reduce difficult emotions interfering with daily life. I specialize in helping kids and teens learn coping skills and emotional regulation, and have a speciality working with survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence and childhood trauma.
Starting is the hardest part, and that you took the steps to get here is an achievement in and of itself. Please contact me here or on my website for a free 15 minute consultation, and we can chat more about what you are looking for.
