Beginning your healing journey can feel overwhelming, especially during life transitions or periods of emotional distress. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, & identity exploration who are seeking clarity, self-understanding, & meaningful change. I provide a warm, affirming & collaborative space where therapy moves at your pace and goals are defined together. I am polyamory & multi-partner affirming to provide a space for all relationship structures & identities. I offer walk & talk therapy services as an integrative approach in the St. Joseph, Mo area.
I have over 15 years of experience working with adults and youth. I offer a nonjudgmental, collaborative approach rooted in trust & empowerment. I use evidence-based modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, & integrative approaches, tailoring treatment to each client's goals and needs.
