I work with women navigating anxiety, motherhood, disordered eating patterns, and body image distress. Many find themselves in cycles of overthinking, rumination, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and control, attempting to create safety and belonging. Over time, these strategies can quietly shrink life, limiting ease, connection, and spontaneity. In therapy, we explore these patterns through a trauma-informed lens—understanding how they function as ways of managing internal dysregulation, what they protect, and how they formed.
I integrate EMDR, parts work, and somatic therapy to help you understand and shift the protective patterns that keep you stuck in anxiety, control, and self doubt. Supporting your nervous system in building the capacity to stay with your internal experience—including distress—in ways that may not have been safely supported earlier in life.
Every therapeutic relationship begins with a conversation. My hope is that from our very first interaction, you'll feel welcomed, heard, and at ease. Whether you're ready to dive in or simply exploring your options, I'd love to connect and see if we're the right fit for one another.
