I specialize in populations who have undergone religious and spiritual trauma or adversity. This includes individuals who have been subjected to high control religions or cults. I also specialize in women's issues and populations who are navigating identity issues. This includes mid-life crises, those desiring to free themselves from roles they have been expected to live for years, gender identity confusion or transition, and sexual identity.

I utilize evidence-based modalities that embrace a client-centered approach. I specialize in Brainspotting; similar to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). Brainspotting is faster, simpler, less traumatic, and equally as effective.
I incorporate parts-work; addressing parts of you that cause concern, stress, or harm in your life.
