I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about my services. I am a trauma-informed and relational therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples. My goal is for therapy to feel comfortable enough to explore the most vulnerable parts of self to reach a point of true healing. You will find that I approach each client with genuine compassion and curiosity. I want to work together to create an effective path to reach your goals, whether it is healing relational conflict, past trauma, addressing depression/anxiety, or enhancing your emotional understanding.
My therapeutic approaches consist of Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Neuro-Affective Relational Model. I have found that the combination of these models is extremely effective in helping reduce symptoms, increase self-awareness, and enhance your ability to live authentically.
We focus not only on your relationships with others, but how you relate to yourself. By exploring the past, we can gain a deeper understanding of who you are to better navigate current challenges.
