I am an EMDR certified therapist with 20 years of experience working in mental health. I am inspired on a daily basis by the individuals and families who allow me to support them through their personal journeys towards living healthier, more balanced lives. I provide evidenced-based, individualized interventions that are effective, promote self-exploration and insight during sessions, and support clients with making observable changes in their lives. I am very experienced with assessing and treating a variety of mental health diagnoses and am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community. I am EMDR certified and trained in DBT, CBT and IFS. I specialize in treating C-PTSD, anxiety disorders, first break psychosis, fear of needles in children, and providing support for parents of complex kids (of all ages).

Groups
Overland Park Counseling Center
OPPC is conveniently located at the corner of College and Metcalf in the Capital Federal building. The group consists of three clinicians who serve the KC community together in a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. OPPC clinicians serve children from the ages 2-18 as well as adults up to the ages of 70, by providing individual and family therapy, as well as support to parents.
