I use EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support healing at a nervous system level- not just cognitively. Additionally, I provide CBT and DBT informed care for those who are looking for more short term solutions.
I’m here to help you work through whatever’s on your mind in a relaxed and non-judgmental space. My style is pretty straightforward—I believe in being honest and direct, but always with a focus on what you want to tackle. I offer weekend availability—including Saturdays—to fit your schedule.
