Common issues I enjoy supporting clients with are PTSD and trauma recovery, life transitions, attachment injuries, anxiety, depression, substance use, stressors related to first responders and military veterans, and relationship difficulties.
I became certified in EMDR therapy in 2025 and throughout the process have completed advanced trainings in Attachment Trauma, Ego-State Therapy, Military Veterans/First Responders, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Chronic Health Syndromes.
My therapeutic approach prioritizes collaboration and authenticity, that is based on building a trusting, and individualized relationship. Feeling safe and comfortable in your therapy journey something I highly value.
