If you’re struggling with OCD, anxiety, panic, or an overwhelming sense of existential or spiritual angst — you’re not alone, and you’re not broken. I work with those who feel stuck in their minds, disconnected from their lives, and exhausted by anxiety, compulsive behavior and depression. You might long to feel present again, to trust your thoughts less and your life more. My style is warm, cozy, and collaborative — with a strong foundation in evidence-based tools. I draw from CBT, ERP, and mindfulness, integrating these with psychoeducation and lifestyle shifts to support real, lasting change.

I bring experience in the OCD field, including podcast interviews, published articles, and in-depth research and study of OCD. My dual LMFT/LPC training and background in yoga and wellness allow me to support clients holistically — not just symptom relief, but sustainable self-care, nervous system regulation, and meaning-making.
