I specialize in working with depression, and anxiety issues among adolescent and adult populations. Prior to working as a therapist, I was a social worker at an alternative high school. I developed and implemented therapeutic groups and advocated for students with emotional disabilities.
I believe everyone is unique. It's because of this that I have adopted an eclectic therapeutic style. I use of variety of techniques from different evidence based methods. By adopting techniques from these various methods, I'm able to customize each intervention to be as effective as possible.
