This is a supportive space for individuals to share their stories of healing from toxic relationships or from relations with those with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Whether you are discussing a family member, romantic partner, friend, this space is here to support you on your healing journey and to remind you that you are not alone. Coping mechanisms and resources shared help members begin to heal from the effects of narcissistic or toxic behaviors. We will identify narcissistic traits or toxic traits and begin exploring breaking trauma bonds and setting boundaries. We will support one another with empathy and respect.
