Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected - from themselves, their bodies, their relationships, or their true desires. Often this disconnection stems from past trauma, anxiety, or the pressures of performance and perfectionism that weigh heavily on our systems. People bring me things they might not feel safe talking about with other providers or even friends, such as body image issues, erectile dysfunction, childhood abuse, and gender dysphoria. I specialize in working with queer, nonmonogamous, and kinky folks, though I'm happy to show up for anyone who is ready to nurture a deeper sense of connection in their lives.
As a trauma-informed sex therapist, I'm here to offer you a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore all the things you've been afraid to say out loud. Together we'll build your sense of internal safety so that you have the confidence to navigate life's challenges and embrace all the parts of yourself that show up along the way.
I know that searching through a bunch of therapist profiles can be daunting, but I promise the process of therapy can be as fun and engaging as it is deep and challenging. Reach out to me if you're ready to get reacquainted - with your body, your loved ones, your sexuality, your pleasure, or your sense of self.
