I specialize in treating: depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, relationship problems, & unresolved conflict from childhood. I provide affirmative therapy for the LGBTQ2IA+ community.
I provide therapy from the perspective of Depth Psychology which is a distinctive approach that explores unconscious realms of existence. In therapy we examine what lies underneath your problems by analyzing dreams, defenses, desires, fantasies, partners you attract, unresolved childhood issues, complexes, art, myths, repressed experiences, and archetypes.
We will work towards unearthing hidden troubles that plague you in your unconscious so you can live life authentically. We will explore your unconscious by examining: free associations, dreams, repeated patterns you engage, Freudian slips, music, art, myth, and other interests that give clues into what's causing you psychological suffering.

Women's Empowerment Group
This group is designed to help women work towards leading a life they aspire to achieve. Enhancing self-esteem is one means to facilitate confidence and alleviate suffering. Life is hard enough without being critical of yourself! This group will focus on helping you move towards accepting, honoring, and believing in yourself while encouraging you to shift self-criticism into self-compassion. The main objective of this group is to build your self-worth to get you to a place where you accept yourself exactly as you are.
