I have over a decade experience in the counseling field and have worked with a wide array of issues to help others feel their best. I work with adolescents, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups. I would consider my therapeutic style to be eclectic. I will use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Reality Based. Treatment is tailored to each individual, their unique personality and their needs.
I have a strong background with working with severe mental illness, family members of mentally ill, crisis intervention, suicidal ideations, mood disorder, personality disorders, gender identity issues and anger management. I also specialize in ADHD, depression, anxiety, impulse control issues, parent-child relational problems, and foster care children.
