Our 6-Week Grief Support Group offers a safe and empathetic space for individuals who have experienced the pain of losing a loved one. Join us as we journey together towards healing, understanding, and renewed hope. We are in network with most major insurances. Without insurance, we honor a sliding scale fee of $30 per session. We have grief support groups during the day and after work as well as in person and virtually. Our virtual group meets on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM, and our in person group meets at 6:45 PM. The primary goals of our DBT groups is to help participants regulate emotions, tolerate distress, improve interpersonal relationships, feel grounded, and build a life worth living! We are in network with most major insurers. Our sliding scale pricing of $30 per session is available to those whose insurances we cannot accept.
