Jaclyn is a licensed clinical social worker with a Marriage and Family Therapy Certificate and Human Services Board Certification. She is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). This combination is perfect for learning skills while processing trauma. Jaclyn focuses on truly listening, meeting clients where they are, and helping them move forward at a pace that feels right. She works with children, teens, and adults, supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation and life transitions, and is currently accepting new clients who want growth, and healing.

I use a combination approach of DBT and ART in my sessions. Comprehensive DBT is available. While most therapists only use DBT skills it's not full DBT care. Adding trauma work helps get to the root while learning skills to support.
