With almost 10 years of experience, I provide support to individuals dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma, and stress, as well as those exploring AAPI and gender identity issues. I also work with children and teens who are managing emotional or behavioral difficulties. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet your individual needs. I hold a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Social Work from California State University, San Bernardino.
