I use CBT to gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, behaviors, & patterns, Motivational Interviewing techniques to motivate & maintain desired change, Narrative Therapy to help you rewrite your story, & EMDR/trauma-informed interventions to help heal your inner child, and be who you were always meant to be. Healing is messy, but I've got a mop!
