A lot of the people I work with look like they have it together from the outside. They're keeping up with responsibilities, showing up for others, and doing what needs to get done. But underneath, there's anxiety, exhaustion, or a quiet sense that something isn't working. Some are navigating trauma that doesn't always look obvious, relationship patterns they keep repeating, or a version of themselves they don't fully understand yet. Others are couples who love each other but keep getting stuck in the same arguments. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
My style is warm and direct. I'll listen closely and make sure you feel understood, but I'll also gently challenge you and help you notice harmful patterns. I draw from approaches rooted in emotion, attachment, and parts work, and I tailor everything to the person in front of me. I'm Latina, I speak Spanish, and I bring that cultural context into the room.
In our first session, I'll spend most of the time getting to know you. What's bringing you in, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping things look like on the other side.
