I don’t just focus on you in a vacuum—together we'll look at the bigger picture: your relationships, patterns, and what’s actually happening in your life. I’m not tied to any one method of therapy because I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we'll focus on what works and build from there.
