I am interested in identifying and drawing on your inherent strengths-believing we all have our own answers but sometimes need help uncovering them. I love working with people who want to change, who want to look at meaning and develop an ability to connect with greater purpose--to others, to work, to the world itself. I can help with anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors (i.e., substances, food, work), life transitions, work issues, mid-life and other challenging experiences, including grief and relationship issues.

I have a Master's Degree in Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I am licensed to provide mental health and substance abuse counseling. My specialties include mindfulness-based therapies, substance abuse and addiction in all forms, grief, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Specialty groups: Mindfulness Skills Groups, Addiction Groups.

My work history includes counseling at several respected substance abuse treatment centers. I have presented at conferences internationally. Currently, I am a partner in The Counseling and Mindfulness Group, and a member of the American Counseling Association. A longtime student of meditation, I maintain a strong meditation practice.
