Being able to work alongside others in their highest and lowest times is a privilege. Starting therapy requires courage, authenticity, and motivation. These are factors that guide my approach, theory, and work with clients. Working alongside individuals who are desiring to change their lives, needing a space to heal, and wanting to live a healthy, value-congruent lifestyle is an honor to me.
I approach therapy with a diverse methodology and mindset to meet your needs! My areas of specialty include Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Narrative Therapy. My guiding philosophy in therapy is to develop trust, build understanding, and cultivate a deep partnership with my clients in an effort to foster growth, change, and healing.
I offer a unique space for therapy as a result of my personal and professional experiences, which include working experience and personal connections to individuals who are living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and OCD. I also have experience working alongside individuals living under the poverty line, and offer faith based counseling as requested.
