Our clients are older Adolescents to Adults (16+ to 120 yrs old) seeking Mental Health support for urgent symptom management; Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, OCD, Life Transitions, Trauma, Grief, Relationship and Attachment issues. Or they might be seeking longer-term Insight Oriented pattern changing work. We offer Couples' Therapy and LOVE couples of ALL kinds. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly, gender inclusive, culturally competent and humble, Neuro-Affirming and open to every which way you and your relationship presents. We offer Individual & Couples Therapy for 16+ & ADHD Evals for 18+ In-Person & Telehealth in both English & Spanish.

We are a 5 Clinician strong Group Counseling Practice offering Individual and Couples' Therapy for Adults in English and Spanish. We offer ADHD Screening and Evaluation, as well as Education and Support for women in Perimenopause and Menopause. We are committed to evidence-based practices, a safe and inclusive culture for all to feel affirmed.

We employ a combination of psychodynamic thinking to address unhealthy relationship patterns, CBT to challenge unproductive thought patterns & Mindfulness to bring awareness and ease, all to allow for a more compassionate & joyful worldview.
