Our practice is geared towards adults & older teens (16+) who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, relationship issues, grief, perimenopause or major life transitions. They may look “put together” to the outside world but internally they feel disconnected, stuck & exhausted. We are also seeing many adults wondering if their lifelong challenges & overwhelm could be due to undiagnosed ADHD, and we are eager to help evaluate, diagnose, educate & give treatment suggestions. We also support any and all couples who are longing to communicate better and reconnect. Let us help you find immediate relief and a path forward.

We are a 5 clinician practice offering individual + couples therapy in English + Spanish, ADHD evaluations, and support & education for women in perimenopause. We offer nonjudgmental, culturally responsive care rooted in compassion & science. Our integrative, evidence-based approach will help you finally take steps towards becoming your healthiest you.

We combine Psychodynamic insight, CBT & Mindfulness to help you understand your patterns, unlearn what no longer serves you & build skills that support lasting change.
