Whether this is your first experience in therapy or you've attempted many times before, there is always a chance for internal growth. I have been providing therapy for individuals for the past 9 years and continue to feel honored to walk beside clients as they make the most incredible life changes. We all have something that is preventing us from becoming the best version of ourselves. The important piece is not what is keeping you stuck, but what are you willing to do to make a change.
We will work together to create specific, measurable, and attainable goals and we will discuss your progress each session. I have experience in substance use, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, LGBTQ+ and gender identity concerns. My primary approaches are acceptance and commitment therapy, strengths based therapy, and psychoanalytic therapy.
The therapeutic relationship is extremely important. I enjoy laughter and balancing the need to laugh with the need for serious connection. My primary focus is helping you to live your most authentic life.
