But I am a firm believer that having support and being equipped with processing tools can make all the difference. I would love to provide those resources to you and am currently accepting new clients! I have experience working with people of a wide range of ages and situations, but I specialize in working with teens and young adults.

I strive to make each client the "captain of their own ship," with me as the therapist there to provide guidance and direction. I have been trained in DBT, CBT, and ACT which allow me to help my clients with regulating emotions, correcting negative thinking patterns, and understanding their values system.

I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, and stress.
