This group is designed to offer parents a unique opportunity to discover and better understand their children and family dynamics through applying the principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to their parenting approach. This group will focus on building and strengthening skills in areas such as emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness, and distress tolerance; providing parents with valuable tools to navigate the complexities of parenthood. Parents will receive skills, mutual support, and a newfound way of incorporating DBT skills to parenting, which will improve overall family dynamics. This is a closed-group, which runs on an 8-week curriculum.

Adult DBT Skills Training Group
Our Adult DBT Groups are designed to enhance your day-to-day capabilities and help you learn new behaviors to make life worth living and sharing. We offer our Adult DBT groups, which meets weekly and is held in-person. Email infotbcsgroup@gmail.com to inquire about this group and when the next admission date is. In the group, individuals are taught four sets of skills on mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. Homework may be assigned, offering you a chance to use your newly acquired skills in real-life situations. Groups run for 12 weeks, and each session is two hours.

Female - Somatic Healing Group
This is a closed 8-week gender-specific therapy group that focuses on regulating the Central Nervous System. Participants will learn techniques and strategies to calm and regulate their nervous system, reduce anxiety and ease hyper-vigilance, along with improving overall wellness.
