I am deeply dedicated to facilitating healing and growth with individuals who are longing to feel “better”, to engage in meaningful connection, and reclaim internal safety. So many have gone through life feeling unseen, unmet, at the mercy of or in the shadows of others making it difficult to express authentically and connect deeply to ourselves and others. In 19+ years of experience & training my approach has evolved from a pure psychotherapy approach to a more integrative one. The only way to true healing/growth is working with the whole person, not just the mind. I specialize in combining traditional psychotherapy with more holistic approaches like Somatic Experiencing, Psychedelic Integration & parts work.
