I am dedicated to providing care that facilitates healing and growth with individuals who are longing to feel “better”, to engage in meaningful connection, and reclaim internal safety. If you feel you have felt or are feeling disconnected, afraid, unseen, unmet, at the mercy of or in the shadows of others, not yourself, burned out, and/or desire to connect deeply to yourself and others you are not alone and I can help. I have experience working with complex family dynamics, trauma, religious/spiritual wounding, LGBTQ+, Autism, ADHD, stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and general emotional/mental discomfort.
Over the years my approach has evolved from a pure psychotherapy talk approach to a more integrative one, working with the whole person, not just the mind. I specialize in combining traditional psychotherapy with holistic and neuro-affirming care using approaches like Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, parts work, experiential, and Psychedelic Integration.
It is important the therapeutic relationship be a great fit in order for the process to support a non-judgemental safe environment for exploring, sharing, learning, & healing.
