I specialize in the treatment of anxiety (OCD, social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, generalized anxiety), depression, and trauma (sexual, physical, and emotional). I work with children 8 and up, teens, and adults.
I am a trauma-informed therapist that primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Prevention Response Therapy. My hope is to help you have a better understanding of yourself and help you manage and cope with your difficult emotions using specific coping skills and techniques.
