Welcome! My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, warm, safe space for individuals and families to process their thoughts, feelings, obstacles, and traumas. Whether it’s every day stressors, debilitating anxiety, depression, or significant family conflict, my hope is that the therapeutic process will provide insight and skills for my clients to live their best lives.
My approach is strength-based and client directed, utilizing a varied approach of Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic Therapies. I also offer Family Therapy and Parent Support.
I have extensive experience in working with children, adolescents, young adults/college students, adults/parents, and families. Treatment with specific populations include: substance abuse, co-parenting/blended families, interracial adoption, new parents, challenging adolescents, and children with a history of trauma.
