I provide compassionate, collaborative therapy for children, adolescents, their adults, and families. My approach is supportive and flexible, meeting each client where they are and helping them discover the tools and insights that foster growth and emotional well-being.
I specialize in working with behavioral challenges, neurodivergent individuals, depression, anxiety, & communication skills/relationship building. I often use play and creative expression to help process emotions & build coping skills in a developmentally appropriate way. I also integrate motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches.
