I don't believe you're broken, even if you are suffering. You are already whole, and much of our suffering comes from losing sight of that wholeness, that unbroken light within ourselves. The goal is not to help you conform better to a failing system or function better on the surface while still feeling empty or lost inside; the goal is to help you find the root of what is happening for you, and locate the inner spiral that is the pathway out of suffering and into self-knowledge, maturity, and self-compassion.

I'm a psychodynamic therapist specializing in matrescence and perinatal/postpartum mental health, trauma and complex family of origin dynamics, and couples therapy.
