These feelings can cause us to isolate and feel misunderstood by others. Many times, people feel beaten down by the world and end up turning their experiences inward, feeding a harsh self-critic who makes us doubt or judge ourselves, taking us away from the power of our inner resources. When we feel disconnected to ourselves, it is harder to build trust to connect to others and the larger world.

I work with people who identify as overdoers, people pleasers, or who feel like misfits in their families and the larger world. Many of my clients feel like they are not "plugged in" to life or are living according to scripts written by others. I can help you reconnect to your authentic self, rediscover your true voice, and unearth your unique story.

I offer a safe and compassionate space where we can explore your inner world. Here we will work with distressing emotions or beliefs in order to heal underlying wounds and rediscover aspects of yourself that have been hidden away or forced out, returning you to a place of self-reliance, self-purpose, and self-compassion.

When a significant person in our life dies, our grief can feel as big as the ocean. Many of us feel lonely and isolated in our grief. Yet experts agree: We are not meant to grieve alone. A supportive group can be like a lifeboat as we swim through the choppy waves of grief and loss in the aftermath of the death of a loved one. This 8-week group series invites you to be seen, heard, and companioned in your loss and to learn about yourself as you journey through grief. (Dates: 2/15/2023 - 5/24/2023)
