I have 15 years of experience working with all types of clients. I have worked with teens/adults with depression, anxiety, and life changes. I help give my clients the tools that they need to live their life with less stress and worry. I offer all my clients a supportive place to discuss anything on their mind. I also offer a holistic approach looking at the root cause of mental health issues. I have studied nutrition and functional medicine.
