I have experience with PANS, mold, ADHD, memory issues, Lyme, insomnia, depression, and anxiety. I'm here to make you feel less alone on this tough journey of healing.

Teen girl assertiveness and self esteem Group
Do you have a good kid but they are having trouble finding other good kids as friends? Do you want your teen to listen to their own gut and not follow their friends or do things just to be accepted by the group? This group will help girls connect with like minded teens that are looking for connection and learn how to increase their self esteem by sharing in a safe small group setting.
