I also offer a holistic approach looking at the root cause of mental health issues. I have studied nutrition and functional medicine. I offer both short term therapy and long-term depending on your needs. I have experience with teens and adults.
My style is warm, genuine and open. Let’s work together to find out what needs aren’t being met and how to have more contentment in your daily life and feel more excited about your future. My specialty is helping to guide clients through tough points in their lives and to help them listen to their anxiety or depressed thoughts and to not push it away.

Teen girl assertiveness and self esteem Group
Do you have a good kid but they are having trouble finding other good kids as friends? Do you want your teen to listen to their own gut and not follow their friends or do things just to be accepted by the group? This group will help girls connect with like minded teens that are looking for connection and learn how to increase their self esteem by sharing in a safe small group setting.
