Brave Voices Camp : A Creactive Camp For Preteens
Brave Voices Camp (Ages 10–13) is a creative, supportive program where preteens build confidence, connection, and self-expression through theater, movement, storytelling, improvisation, and voice activities. Participants strengthen social-emotional skills, communication, creativity, teamwork, and self-esteem while developing greater awareness of their emotions, bodies, boundaries, and authentic voices. Designed to support resilience and self-trust during the preteen years, the camp emphasizes collaboration, play, and personal growth over performance. The experience concludes with a celebratory sharing opportunity. No theater experience is required—just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to participate!

The Third Floor
The Third Floor symbolizes the decade of your 30s—a space between where you've been and where you're going, offering room for reflection, connection, and growth. This therapist-facilitated support group is for women navigating the evolving landscape of friendship, community, and belonging during this stage of life. Together, we'll explore friendship changes and breakups, building new connections, loneliness, comparison, boundaries, communication, and self-worth. Through honest conversations, shared experiences, and meaningful reflection, participants will gain insight, strengthen relationships, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection, support, and community.

Monthly Mindfulness Group
Join us on the second Saturday of the summer months as we together practice slowing down and savoring the little things. Our time together will intentionally involve multiple senses as we drink herbal tea, do some gentle stretching, breathe more mindfully, and engage in relaxed, process-oriented art-making. The intention is just to be more present to ourselves and our bodies with kind attention. No art experience is needed.
