Soul Care for Helping Professionals
Soul Care for Helping Professionals is an experiential talking circle for professional caregivers, therapists, spiritual leaders, and helping professionals navigating burnout, overwhelm, and compassion fatigue. Together, we explore what it means to care for the deepest parts of ourselves while continuing to hold space for others. Through guided reflection, discussion, and restorative mind-body-spirit practices, participants cultivate resilience, hope, and renewal in a supportive community setting. This bi-weekly in-person group includes both indoor and outdoor experiences, weather permitting.

Monthly Mindfulness Group
Join us on the second Saturday of the summer months as we together practice slowing down and savoring the little things. Our time together will intentionally involve multiple senses as we drink herbal tea, do some gentle stretching, breathe more mindfully, and engage in relaxed, process-oriented art-making. The intention is just to be more present to ourselves and our bodies with kind attention. No art experience is needed.
