They push through work, family, and other obligations until they feel drained, restless, or ready to break down. If it's all starting to feel like too much for you to handle alone, I’d like to help. You won’t need to pretend you’re okay or worry about being judged. We’ll figure things out together, even if you're not sure where to start. You’ll be free to laugh or cry about everything life is throwing at you. We'll celebrate small wins, build on your strengths and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

Your goals will guide our work, balancing useful tools with lasting change. We'll clarify your goals (MI) and break them into smaller steps (BA). We'll use strategies to shift unhelpful thoughts and steady strong emotions (CBT & DBT). We may also practice grounding techniques, rehearse difficult conversations or explore deeper patterns that get in your way.

I want to figure out what will work for you, so therapy feels practical and supportive. You don’t need the perfect words to explain what’s wrong. Just a willingness to show up and try. That’s where we’ll start.
