I specialize in helping teens and young adults navigate anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves caught in patterns they don’t know how to change.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what to work on. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s keeping you stuck, notice patterns that keep showing up, and build practical tools along the way. My goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and comfortable being yourself.
