Everyone experiences life differently. One of the most important aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Creating a safe and collaborative space for clients is a top priority in my practice.
I primarily work with populations such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+, anger management, relationships, boundaries, and communication. I have experience in a variety of treatment settings such as residential, IOP, EOP and outpatient treatment. I see clients in person and virtually in Arizona and virtually in Ohio.
I have a direct and compassionate approach that ensures my clients are moving towards their goals at a speed that is comfortable to them. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them be set up for success while in treatment and beyond.
