About
Please note- I am accepting new clients, however, I will be on maternity leave Memorial Day through Labor Day. - Life can be really challenging and we all need help from time to time. I am here for you! I want to help you work through whatever barriers have entered your path and help to foster continued personal growth on your life journey. I don't believe anybody should have to face their challenges alone. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment while meeting you where you are currently at with your needs and in your life.
I'm a dually licensed mental health and alcohol/drug counselor. I work with adults to address concerns such as: stress, chemical dependency/DUI evaluations, self-esteem, relationship problems, communication skills, boundaries, depression, anxiety and transitional or adjustment issues.
