Expecting a baby? Dreaming about what your new family life will look like? Want to support your toddler as they learn and grow? Have a child who needs some extra support? I love helping young children and their caregivers reduce sources of struggle and increase connection, affection and joy in their relationships. When bringing home a baby, a lot changes. I love to support expectant clients with the transition to parenting. I also love supporting early childhood development. Little children sometimes face big challenges! It is an honor to support families as they navigate challenging waters.
I provide neuroscience informed, non-judgmental support, resources and encouragement to help families thrive. Beyond helping children, I am honored to help moms get "me time" back on the family calendar for overall wellness. I use a variety of approaches (play therapy, art therapy, sandtray therapy, Music Together Within Therapy and mindful birding).
