I have over 11 years of experience working in mental health, am an Approved Clinical Supervisor, Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist, and an EMDR Certified Therapist. I am equipped to work with the perinatal population including birth trauma, infertility, miscarriage and loss.

I offer a collaborative, dynamic, and tailored approach to fit your needs and have been trained in a variety of treatment modalities. A few of my specialties include infant/toddler mental health by supporting Mom, children and parenting, and trauma (first responders, military, birth trauma). I am also certified in EMDR and trained in Christian Counseling.
