I enjoy using my knowledge of human development and family systems to serve my clients' unique needs. In addition, my experience with children, adults and families helps to cultivate an environment of growth for my clients. I give unconditional regard to all of my clients, and walk with them on their individual journeys. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a Registered Play Therapist. In addition, I have been trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) . I use my knowledge and experience to effectively determine a treatment plan unique to your desired outcomes.
I work with children, adolescents and adults. A sampling of the issues that I am most interested in are: trauma, attachment/bonding, divorce, self-esteem, adjustment issues, stress, bullying, depression, anxiety, family issues, and grief/loss.
